Burnt, stuck on food can be really hard to remove. As a result, the best way to remove it without harming the finish of your granite cookware is to add some water and baking soda. Just place it on the stove and let is simmer for one minute. While its warming up gently press on the food with a wooden spoon. After the time is up, proceed to wash as usual with a sponge or rag.
If there are still some stubborn burnt food left on the pan, make a paste with one part water and three parts baking soda. Apply the paste and a little water to the pan. Next, use a soft sponge or rag to scrub the stains before washing, rinsing and towel drying it. If the stain will not come out, add some coarse sea salt to the baking soda paste. The remaining marks should come off easily.

Why can’t I use granite ware on glass cooktop?
